Why are you passionate about construction?
I think it’s because no two days are ever the same, and every day there is a new challenge presented, which makes the job exciting and interesting. Any issues that do present themselves have to be resolved in order for the building project to stay on track.
What advice would you give to someone thinking about starting their career in construction?

The skills you learn can usually be transferred to other opportunities in the sector once you have some initial experience within the industry. Companies normally have great support schemes in place, whether that’s buddying up with someone more experienced in that role or giving you help to train and develop specific skills.
