I work for ISG, an international construction services company delivering fit out, construction, engineering services and a range of specialist solutions.

What is your favourite thing about your job?
The fact that it's constantly changing - whether it's what’s going on out on site or the evolution of different projects. This intensifies your experience. Working in construction means you get a taste of everything, and I learn new things every day.
What is the highlight of your day?
Going out on site to see the new developments and changes.
Where do you want your career to take you?
It's an industry committed to furthering construction careers, so hopefully I'll soon be managing my own projects and ultimately promoted to a senior design manager.
What would you say to someone thinking about a career in construction?
Working in construction is definitely the best industry to be in! You’re on site, so you’re not cooped up in offices all day. We need more women in construction to put the men in place!
