MY FIRST STEP INTO THE GAME Here I am all young and naive. RMP was the first stepping stone for me, and it absolutely shattered me when we were made redundant. It was little company but they helped me and took a lot of my rubbish (I was an idiot). They gave me some incredible opportunities and opened the door for me. I met some incredible people and made some amazing memories. This company really sculpted me and gave me a good kick up the backside when I deserved it. It will also hold a very special place in my heart as it was my first ever job. They took me on very young too, I never really done well at school but I excelled in physics and maths. I didn’t leave school with much and no where was overly interested in taking me on for A levels considering I only had two very strong topics. In a strange way I wouldn’t change it for the world, I’m glad I failed as it led me here. I always thought construction workers were lazy and you only went into it if you failed in education. Oh my.. I was so wrong!!
