Sales advisors are responsible for the on-site property sales process.
- Trainee and newly trained sales advisors can earn in the region of £15,000
- Trained with experience sales advisors can earn in the region of £20,000 to £26,000
- Experienced sales advisors can earn in excess of £26,000 with base earnings enhanced by variable bonuses and commission

Qualifications and Training
Although no formal entry qualifications are required to become a Sales Advisor, it is generally recommended to achieve four GCSEs, including maths and English, at grade C or above, or their equivalents, such as the Welsh Baccalaureate or Scottish Nationals.
While some employers may require a proven track record in new homes property sales, many will be satisfied with either some sales or customer service experience or evidence of the ideal skills set for the job.
Previous experience in selling new homes is not necessarily required for this role and many employers will provide in-house training.
